I am a Bigpond subscriber and have been for a long time, one reason I play on Gamearena (Bigpond) servers is that it does not go against my usage, we have a usage capacity of 10 gigs after that the speed gets shaped to 64k, there are other Bigpond sites that 'save' you from wasting bandwidth that you might want to keep and is another aspect of the Bigpond Gamearena player issue and, also, I get a good ping.

Good thing they as least give you some bonus for being with them. They charge like wounded bulls for what they give you in comparison to other ISP broadband.

Meh just find another server. There are plenty after all. Its probably for the better because you would have a 1000+ ping and skip around like a 12 year old girl. I wish it work the other way around though. I was on a chicago server and while we had our nice 50 and under pings there was some aussie smacktard with a 1300+ ping.
