Honestly, if you have nothing constructive to add, then just say nothing. You clearly have no idea how server technology works. A server doesn't 'wait' for the slowest player.

A player with a high ping uses LESS bandwidth than a player with a low ping, therefore they cannot cause lag for other players on the server, only for themselves.

This is true when when the players bandwidth is the reason for the lag. This doesn't apply when the reason is routing times and physical lag. If I play on an American server with my 8/1 ADSL I will get 150-300 ms lag and it's not due to bandwidth limitations.

I wish peple would drop the idea of "omg the hpb is laggin the whole server kcik him!!!111". If he is skipping then there is a reason to kick but if not he is the one suffering.
