Here's my suggestions:

I've had some gunners in the chopper with me that don't seem to know about the existence of the whole TV-guided missile system.
So:
The "I don't usually watch TV" -ribbon

Time spent as a apache gunner: considerable
TV-guided missiles launched: 0

There seems to be commanders that apply for the job only so they can benefit from that themselves. So:

The "Selfish Imbecill" -ribbon

Time spent as Commander: too much
Time spent actually commanding: 0 min

And finally for the brave soldiers that from day to day take on the difficult ordeal of rushing head on to destroy a tank with normal rifles/handguns

The "What good did you think it would do" -ribbon

Time spent as the AT -class: 0 min
K/D: less than 1
Times killed by an armoured vehicle: too many

What about a gunner who doesn't gun?

Requirements:All marching off to the frontlines and ignoring the single infantry that has snuck past and is systematically capping every flag behind you while you act like your 16/32 man frontline is unbeatable.(apologies to the Frenchies)

the being a complete a***hole ribbon - self explanatory. Ive seen loads of experts already!!!

The run around like a mada** on a carrier trying to get in a bl***y plane or heli ribbon!!

The how high can you throw your self off a building ribbon. Awarded to highest fall in 1 round.

The lazy bu**er ribbon for the player who least contributed to the team in 1 round.

that should jkeep you going for a while.....one more
