I wonder why on the main EA forums , opinions differ from here??!! Or do you guys just get this everyday??

EA Thailand is not a private server, its on a comapany standards of EA. So they should stay by the rules of banning accounts, but this is never a rule, this is 1's soul option into banning me since i made him 'UPSET'..

I actually agree with this; I don't see a direct relationship between what a person does or say outside of a game and how they conduct themselves inside a game. I'm not approving whatever you did in the forums... I just don't think you should be banned from the game if you did nothing wrong in-game. The terms of service for the game does not regulate your conduct outside of the game so no in-game rules were broken.

Exactly. If you acted like a punk on our forums, especially a racist one, you'd earn a ban from all of our servers, not just 2142 either. You're still the same person. Act like a prick and you get banned like a prick.

Im complaining on why he banned me for no reasons in-game! And im crying about it here, since this admin will not let me post in the EA TH Forums or even create an account.. And plus, i know who the real areshole here IS and also in the EA TH forums.. The community of EA TH also knows who the real truth of this admin but he tries to hide it from the public, i'll say this again, im not the only one who got banned in-game for no reasons! There are others like me from EA TH.. But others have posted complaints in Thai elsewhere..

Seems that different cultures really stand out when i talk about Thailand.. Since most of the people i know from the Forums agree with me that the admin is abusing his powers.. Since i am a loyal gamer of BF2142.. He just cant except the truth!! :|: And hides the facts away from the EA TH boards..

You could also get a new copy of the game. Chances are the ban is CD-key or PB GUID based and a new copy of the game will solve both problems (not that I really want to see you play again).

Since no-one is able to tell me, what the heck did you do!?!?!?!?!? I don't like EA very much as a rule, but if you did something horrible I have far less pity for you. If it is, just making a picture with Hitler and so on; I couldn't care less, but EA is breaking the law for dealing with out-of-game conduct in-game. I don't like them; but that's why I quit all of their games. I suggest you do the same.

:wall: EA is a privately owned company, its servers are no more "public" than those run by VT Nerd.

EA is breaking the law for dealing with out-of-game conduct in-game. I don't like them; but that's why I quit all of their games. I suggest you do the same.

And what law is that? I am very interested in seeing a cite for that legal opinion.

I don't think anyone would accept what I quoted as excuses.
Especially not since you very likely broke another forum rule to post them.
What you should have done was to contact the moderators personally, that might have gotten you off the hook at that time.
