oOc Clan Keeps Banning me for NO REASON!! Who do I report them to?

TuSC, while people commonly call hacks on good players, I'd say in your case it's because you have been officially caught for hacking. You may be clean now, but most server owners (myself included) have a zero-tolerance policy towards hackers. We never let them back. End of story.

BTW, your PunksBusted MBL Ban was from 9 months ago on the BG&A server. I assume you got yourself a new CD key for Ramius^

Report them for what? They have the right to ban known hackers. It's not abuse, it's them providing a good gaming environment and not taking any chances with cheaters. You're assed out on this one.

Lame cheaters get no sympathy from me. Cheaters ruin the game for everyone else, so why should i care if they get banned for being stinking cheaters?

yeah

I know you can get banned/kicked for many wrong reasons in this game, but the biggest reason people write about the kicks here seems to be that it gives them the opportunity to brag about a good round they had or their skills in general :)

...One sentence about how he used to hack and then a couple of posts about pwning with the walker ...

Yesterday there was a thread here asking "what is the funniest reason you've been kicked for?". The OP started by saying he had been kicked for repairing his own titan's guns. 90% of the reply's seemed to be people telling they'd been kicked for pwning too much :)

Anyways. On topic : if i had a server, i'd ban any (even former) hackers from it too.

same here.. we will ban known hackers from our server... as someone said "zero tolerance" what gets me is the hacker wanting reporting a server admin for looking out for themselves.. ho the irony...

Anyway, oOc doesn't like me going in with the skill and roughing them up. Pure and simple. They tried changing the server rules to get me in trouble for being RECON and rdx-ing commander resources. Ok, fine, I comply and don't enter bases. They've tried a bunch of things to push me away - calling me names, threatening me, incessant carbombings, etc. Given no excuse whatsoever, they finally just banned me to ban me. LOL

OK I tried to stay out of this but your statement above just does not make sense.

If that clan is such a 'bad' clan why would they even bother to try anything to keep you from playing on their server? Wouldn't they have just banned you on the spot and not have to deal with you again?

I don't run a server but if I did and ran into players that I have a problem with I would've just hit the magic BAN button and would not have taken any trouble changing any rules just to 'push them away'

You fail .. Sorry but I spit on hackers and even when you just try it for once, means that you will do anything to get an unfair advantage over someone else and that's just plain lame. Games are supposed to be fun and when someone is so desperate to win, well then it might be time to dump your pc and get a job/life or whatever. Back in my 2142 days I was an admin myself, and I have banned all sorts of people, mostly hackers. When they checked out our site asking for an unban I told them "no". Again and again and again. Damned hackers.

Once a hacker, always a hacker. I'd ban you too.

you paid to ruin everyone else's game for 30 days, now your paying for those 30 days cheating.

Even if you never hacked, going into enemy bases and being a 'c4 chucking commander' is worth a ban.... You never once said you play the game properly, you sound like a real pain in the azz to play on the server with tbh. My best advice would be for your friends to find a better gaming buddy..
