Unfortunately the ranks motivate people to keep playing. Especially the decay ranks, it's a tactic by EA/DICE to keep us BG's playing trying to achieve it when we've probably got 0.01% of a chance.

Just looked at your stats again and they just don't make any sense. You have 8300 kills and have played less than 6 days. You have 740 dog tags but not one collector pin. Overall you are barely in the top 40,000 players. You must know someone on the inside working for EA/DICE. Could go on and about your lack of stats but why should I bother when EA/DICE are so inept. ( Lt. Gen. are you kidding, come on EA get with it )

I am so amazingly pissed off at DICE for Havazn's stats.. what the hell is this.. he barely played Commander, doesn't have a War College ribbon.. has about 8000+ kills. I freakin bought NS because I thought it would increase my chances of going above Brigadier General.

Sorry Havazn, that was my mistake on the collector pins as the the initial info came from EA's stat site but when I checked out the site at 2142 stats site I saw the correct figures. Nothing personal against you. Maybe I will see you on the BF............Good luck!

No offence taken, like I said, I am just as miffed about it as you are. It also just repromoted me to the same rank which leads me to believe it can change weekly like SC rank. But I hadn't even played much that week.

You have'nt even played 6 days and you make Lt.Gen what a frigging joke. I looked at your stats and you should'nt even be a BG............no offense but what can you expect from these clowns at EA/DICE.

disagree his stats are quite good, it seems that EA promotes plays with decent stats just after they become BG, with a kdr and SPM above 2.

My theory: Points per week!
This Algorithim calculates your score (Global) per week, and gets your weekly K/D R. It then compares it to the rest of the Brig's Scores+K/DR and finds the best 75 :p

I know two or three LGs and MGs, and they all deserve it. One is the #1 Clark user (X_20MM_X), and I forget the other two (I know too many people...). Commander Score doesn't count, or KAIN would definitely have a special rank.

TBH, I have no clue :p

DICE really has to tell us how to obtain these ranks, or atleast give us a hint, one measley hint, but I don't believe this is automatic because I've seen kids with stat-padding scores that seem to go no where.

2 of my friends are now lieuntenent generals, and i'm stuck at brigader general. wtf, i play more than both of them, am better than at least 1 of them, this awarding rank has nothing to do with skill, just random name drawing.
