Tons and tons of people play on Pistol/Knife only servers, and the servers never get shut down, so DICE (or EA) really isn't paying much attention to that, they don't really have much authority to shut down 3rd party server hosting companies to begin with.

How ever, I've been hearing alot about how DICE will erase your records if you're caught stat-padding, which is quite untrue, since I haven't seen a players' statistics get wiped out.

Then again, I could be wrong.

If they wanted to, they could stop letting that providers servers be ranked, which would make them unsellable.
So they have the leverage if they wanted to use it.

Supreme commanders seems to get wiped more often than not
But the common padder is probably quite safe.

Oh right right, forgot about the Supreme Commanders hehe, but I have seen many players get 2 or 3 times the Supreme Commander rank, so I honestly thought they did that by bypassing the ranking system with a glitch of some sort, this is when viewing the Hall Of Fame at BFHQ.

If only they had a Hall Of Shame.

Unofficial report sites are unreliable or EA ignores their reports or just both.

Keep an eye on what is written there: Incorrectly reporting or creating false reports of another player abusing the ranking system is a violation of the Terms of Service and actions will not be taken.
