The Clark on C.G is only good for killing at the beginning of the map, there is too much distance to use the shotty on most of the map, Voss on the other hand requires few bullets to kill and can outshoot a mediocre sniper

A l-AR can outshoot a mediocre sniper. How balanced o.0 I was sniping yesterday, 60m range, I see a Voss. He stand still, crouches, stands up, crouches stands up, he did it the entire tme we were fighting so I could not shoot him. I died within 3 seconds. Riiiiiiiight..... I then grabbed a Voss of my own and sprayed hi to death three times, then he called me a Voss noob.

Just to point out to the people saying that DutchDude can't kill vossers: he never said anything like that.
The original post is about how it seems a lot of Voss users don't know that any loadouts other than Voss + Defib + PK rockets exist. It is not a whine about how L-AR stands for Lame-*ss Rifle, or anything like that.

@Mazee: Sometimes when they do that crouch spam, lag means you have to shoot when you CAN'T see them, rather than when you CAN. I've lost a titan corridor fight to a lambert who did the crouch spam. In hindsight I hated myself for not just throwing a nade at him. :P

When I had a score of 55-8, I was killed for the 9th (how you spell that? Ninth?), suprisingly, by the Voss.

I don't mind dying. I don't. When I die to a sniper that headshots me in mid flight I even tell the guy "That's some damn fine sniping"or something like that. I do mind dying to the Voss. Again. And again. And again. I died 9 times to the Voss in that particular game. It is so boring, if you know what I mean. Stupidest thing is that this one guy, who I had Clarked 7 times in a row, just kept using the Voss. When he yelled at me for being a shotgun noob, I told him to grab a shotgun himself. But he just wouldn't... He told me that shotguns were overpowered. When I told him that the Voss was the most overpowered he was amazed. He asked me if I just started playing. When I told him that I have 130k of points he called me a noob again cos I didn't use the best gun in the game. I replied "I don't feel like being Voss Whore no.23983749843 ". He didn't understand me and told me to stfu.

People need to realise that the Voss is not the best gun. It may be very good at everything (cough ovrpwrd cough), but there are better guns out there. I hardly see a Baur user anymore. SCAR is only used by people without unlocks. At least, so it seems. All the "Pro's" are using the Voss or Krylov. I just want some variety on the battlefield, that's all.

I consider myself quite a good sniper. Spent about 40-50 hours on sniping. I can take down any static target, moving targets are a little hard sometimes. Crouchers just aren't killable. You hae to shoot him when you don't see him, but because the guy was moving a little to the left and right all the time,I just could not kill him. And despite the fact that he never even stood still, Voss just one hit killed me within a second for the 21037810923th time...

I predominantly use the Baur, because I feel more comfortable with it than the Voss or any other weapon. I don't give a rats @ss whether it's the Voss or the SAAW that kills me, as long as it's as few times as possible and I hardly enter ingame discussions, just a waste of time.

Hey guys, I love Camp Gibraltar. It's a nice map, and a good example of a mix of CQC and long range combat. Every gun (except for the SAAW) has a use in Camp G. There is only one thing that amazes me: EVERYONE uses a Voss.

Don't get me wrong, you should use a gun you like. It is just starting to get a tad frustrating thatI only die to the Voss, Krylov and PK rockets. Yesterday I played a game of Camp G. I am a true shotgun whore, and I was going on a rampage. Had a 22 kill streak until I finally died for the first time. To a Voss. I then proceeded to rambo everyone to death with the Clark. When I had a score of 55-8, I was killed for the 9th (how you spell that? Ninth?), suprisingly, by the Voss.

A Brig General yelled at me for having a Baur and a Shotgun at once. I said that there is an alternative to the overpowered PK rockets. He still didn't understand me! I told him: HERZOG SHOTGUN! He replied: WTF IS A HRZOG??!".

I wouldn't complain about going 55-8 in a round, if I was you I would just tell them to keep using the voss if it will get you a round of 55-8 or somewhere close to that. I personally don't have the Clark unlocked yet but its my next unlock when I get there.

That also funny that a Brig General didn't know what the heck the Herzog was. Its like one of the first unlocks for assaulters.

Of course people are going to die to the Voss the most, because everyone and there freakin' dog uses it. That's not necessarily "bad," it's just the way things are. It has a high rate of fire and easily controllable recoil, and not that I'm jumping on the "VOSS IZ 4 T3H NUB3Z" wagon, but those two traits lead to more people being able to use the Voss better in a faster amount of time than say, the Baur, or SCAR-11.

My basic assumption is that all the AR's, when used to full potential, are equally as good as each other. It's just that finding a good Baur shooter is like finding a gay nudist colony in Saudi Arabia, where you find good Krylov and Voss shooters everywhere.

Yeah, just to vouch for the Baur, try to outshoot an intelligent sniper as assault with any other AR, see what happens (usually, it ends with a third eye in your forehead). Try picking off proned LMG'ers from great distance with a Voss... good luck with that one. Lastly, the Baur has a deep, manly growl firing sound. The Krylov and Voss sound mildly gay. kek ^^

yeah krylov does sound like an airsoft BB-gun. Scope is a bit small though.

The Voss is used by pretty much everyone in the server in every map, not just camp G. Yes it is annoying, when i get fed up with it i just pick it up myself and start killing those n00bs with their own weapon. When most annoying voss death is when the guy shoots at you for like 3 seconds straight while you are reloading and he doesn't run out of ammo until the end when he finally kills you

Voss is overrated. I got more kills with Baur than Voss. The only reason got kills in Voss is because of PK rockets.
