It is such a noob way of playing though, requires no skill, If i wanted to i could go top of the leaderboards with RDX but i have a life lol, i mean am better at RDX padding than Blade, he sucks.

I only RDX when I am having "off days" on battlefield. When I sit down to play and I'm just doing horrible and can't seem to kill anyone and get killed constantly in cheap ways.

Then I resort to total recon roobery with rdx as a last resort to unlucky suckage.

M'eh... shouldn't be all that hard, just need a good Titan round where the attackers really want to get to the core. 95% of all my APM and RDX kills are from defending the Titan. With a good support guy nearby, 20 explosive kills on the Titan should be a snap, no RDX spamming required.

Of course, I say this not yet having earned my Explosives Gold badge yet, but the relative ease with which I got the silver (15 kills), I don't think going for 20 will be a Herculean task once I make determined try for it.

If you want the badge go defensive/play titan or a map that has a part where all action is at 1 spot like the first spawn capture in minsk and with some practise you can easely get your badge without having to spam those rdx

I got my Gold explosive without spamming, practically all my rdx are legit, i just showed how easy it is :p

Personally, I love doing it. I don't do it all the time; it depends on the situation and the map. The thing is, I just got the Lambert unlocked and I freaking love that gun so I do RDX at times. For example, earlier today, on one of the winter maps (forget which), I saw a group of enemy holed up behind a building because everyone in the game was firing on them. So, I did a suicide run right into their midst, dropped RDX, and BOOM. 5 kills just like that.

The way I see it, it's a game and I'm going to do what I enjoy. Simple as that.

the problem is on ff off servers where you don't die and still have 90 hp left when you stand in the middle of the explosion.

I wouldn't say it doesn't take skill - alot of players have wised up to the tactic and its common for me to get gunned down before I can switch to the detonator - especially when you are approaching multiple enemies.

I see, you want them to stop using C-4 so you can just run to the hall way and fill it full of nades. I don't bunny hop , BUT! i will blow the hell out of you if you try to take my titan. i think gunships are worse then anything else in the game. If you have a good pilot for a gunship and gunner they can change the whole game around . but you have to work around them . so suck it up

I had a lucky one a few days ago, Squad leader drops a Beacon right beside a building (Cerbere, flag opposite to church) and i spawn down and land on the building roof, right above the flag.

Enemy run in a group to the flag and congregate down the alley, down goes RDX. **BOOM**. Instant Combat Efficiency pin.
