BF2 vs BF2142

Which do you like better and why? I am not very familiar with BF2. I only played it briefly but I love BF2142.

It's pretty obvious you're gonna get a biased opinion on the 2142 forums :P

I voted 2142 (duh) because bullets actually go where you fire them, its waaaaay more balanced it has no dolphin divers (that can actually kill you) and I'm good at it.

Yeah, but my poll is different. It is newer and fresher and does not contain the option "I am a dee dee dee":laugh:

I also seem to remember that the Air power was overpowered in BF2. It felt unbalanced being killed by jets all the time.

BF2 was fun and most likely still is, I just love how quickly and easy it is in BF2142 to rank up and unlock new goodies. Also I enjoy the advanced team play abilities and co-op of BF2142 over BF2.

With BF2 it take agggggggggesss to get a high rank

The infantry battles are far better in 2142 IMO. The weapons in BF2 always seemed a bit inaccurate to me.

Too right, sometimes i'd be firing my gun on a stationary target while i was also stationary and my bullets would miss.

I've been playing since release and I'm still 2 ranks away from Brig. Then again I'm only a casual player.

Ontopic, BF2142. I know most are going to say that here, and probably will.

2142 is better to me. I still like bf2 and play a little here and there. I like the balance is just so much better in 2142.
