Battlefield: Bad Company 2 has a fifth multiplayer map waiting for you! To unlock it, perform 69 million collective team actions on your platform.
This remastered version of the map Operation Hastings unlocks as soon as your platform reaches 69 million combined team actions. Every team action made from the launch of Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Vietnamn counts. Make sure you contribute from day one to unlock Operation Hastings as quickly as possible!

So what's a team action? Well, it's any and all of these:
> Resupply
> Revive
> Heal
> Spot
> Repair
We start counting on December 22nd, so make sure you contribute from the start!

The stats just started counting today, and the PC is WAY out in the lead. We've gotten more teamwork actions than both consoles combined!
Do your part. Throw me some ammo as I'm going to be playing more as a medic now.

Yeah, looks like we're nearly to 4 million already and it hasn't even been 24 hours. Awesome seeing the PC community coming through like this.

Nope. The stats didn't start counting until the game was released in all places on all platforms.

Its at 4.9 million right now. If that trend continues, which it should increase with holidays and such, PC will reach 69 million in 7 days.

Yeah, PC is dropping off fast. They should have been at the 9.8 million mark by now if the momentum kept up. Not a good sign.

If PC does end up winning, I think I'd honestly be sad. After all, as has been said all along, this is first and foremost a console game, and if the PC players play it more than the console players do, that shows me that not only have PC gamers lowered their standards to the point where they will gladly eat up rubbish that even console gamers aren't as interested in, but also that DICE would no longer have to go through any extra effort to make a game PC-exclusive when a console port does every bit as good on it as it does on the consoles themselves.

I can see the BF franchise lying in a heap next to a flag while its 'Critically Wounded' timer ticks down, with nary a medic in sight to save the day.

Man I'm really melodramatic these days. Must be that time of the month or something. I guess I turn into a diva if I haven't had a Snicker's bar.

Yeah you are! You could look at it that way OR look at it as telling DICE that there are still plenty of PC gamers out there to win this thing and that we havent forgotten and we support you, so you better support us as well. Also, we, as PC gamers, understand that Bad Company was a console game first and foremost, but dont leave us hanging on BF3.

Also, you have to remember that we are still gamers. We GOT TO play the games, even crappy console ports. This game though was not crappy. It has its ups and downs, but its hardly a throw away of money.

Maybe most disagree, but I sure dont.
