lol bf2 had 7 classes but everyone played as MEDIC with g36E anyway.

There should be a support kit, but they need to do something with the light machine gun so it don't feel like an assaut rifle with a big magazine or with strange mechanic (BF2142). In Red Orchestra (realistic) and Wolfenstein : ET (Arcade) both class need to deploy their lmg on a solid surface before firing and it works well and not just for defense.

So for me it's assault, support, medic engi/AT and spec ops/sniper. The only question is who will carry ammo? Maybe ammo for the support guy like in BF2 but no grenades then.

the return of 7 kits would be good, dont like combining kits, when you have a kit that only is for 1 class, it makes the gameplay that much better, you wouldn't get as many players all in one specific class like you do in BC2 then, if your a sniper, for example, then thats all you should be able to do, is snipe, nothing more, i'd like to bring that back

Personally, imo the kit merges that should be kept are anti-tank and Engy, while Sniper and Spec Ops should be kept seperate, and Medic should be given a rifle or SMG rather than a LMG.

I thought 2142 classes were good except medic and assault should be separated. So no PK's for medic.

I think about it now, while I loved BF2 the kit setup left a lot to be desired, which is why I loved 2142 so much it was just better

that said, not sure if bringing together medic and assault was a good idea

I very much liked how engineer and anti tank was combined, thought that was perfect

the problem I see, you go back to 7 classes, that number is just too high for some of the morons playing games these days and the attraction of going wookie, which would now be its own seperate class would lead to immense faggotry and also leading to an even greater chance of having terrible team composition

furthermore the sniper kit had claymores as its sort of speciality, and I ****ing hated those things with a passion

Technically you should be able to carry two primary weapons like other games ARMA ect.(if you carry two heavy ones then you cant run or run well ect..)


I want Stingers, they have been around since the 70s and always over looked in BF

100 weapons would be good.

I would also pay DLC for a hunting Bow lol
