In CoD4 martyrdom and grenade spam was huge which I do not see near as much in MW2.

the only game ive played since this one has been some cod2 singleplayer and the nades in this game seem really 'heavy'' now, like in cod2 they just went right where you were looking more like a projectile

I like the weight of the grenades in this. It might take some getting used to, but most Soldiers aren't accurate with grenades further than 50m. It becomes part of the game to know how high to elevate the throw and how long to cook it to blow on impact. Or face level if you want to be mean... :evil: I've gotten a couple of headshots with thrown grenades and even more with launcher attachments.

Yeah and i've been watching a lot of the bc2 beta on justintv and its pretty obvious that it kicks ***.It will be another great addition to the pc bf series.Bf 1942,bf2....great games.Bc2 looks to be more of the same only better...with a new engine,better hit reg,destruction.I am not one to spout useless conjecture about upcoming games.BC2 will be great.I never thought etqw or ffow would be good.BC2 will be a great game.MW2 will always suck.End of story.

To say you knew they would be bad, so confidently now is a tad unreliable.
And MW2 doesn't "suck" not everyone hates it. It is one of those games you love or hate. If it sucked people wouldn't still be playing it.

Well, I did play the demo of ETQW and thought it was a little much. I had a feeling from the beginning that it catered to a very limited audience. I ended up buying it recently for $2.99, though. Worth every penny...

I haven't tried FFOW yet, but I wasn't convinced it would be good, either. I usually buy games shortly after they come out, but those two took a while to convince me, and FFOW still hasn't, really. Same with Dragon Rising, Section 8, ARMA II, et al. I'm fairly picky.

I like MW2 when it works. It's a fun game. I just hate the matchmaking putting me up with people from different continents and such. There is no excuse for playing with 200+ ping here in 2009!

Everybody already knows Bad Company 2 is going to be a big release, and it will be a successfull game because they have hyped the game up well, just like IW and Activition did for MW2 (at least on the consoles lol).

But coming onto a forum to say the game said forum is about is bad, and then stating a game that will be out in 3/4 months will be better is very silly. Since I BET you was saying MW2 would be AMAZING 3/4 months before that came out, right?

Still a long way to go.

I NEVER base opinions off of demos. Demos and Betas can give bad impressions and decisions to buy the game or not should not be based on those.

I have yet to see a good game with a crap demo. They have the option to pick and choose the best and most stable parts from the game. If they cant even make that work, why should I believe that the full game will work any better?

MW2 is for people that like no tactics or strategy,and tiny shoebox maps....bc is the opposite.And I actually played the ps3 beta on a buddies system,and i hate consolesl,but it was great.
