Can you blame them for wanting to be on consoles?

Console players:

Never complain
Pay whatever you order them to pay
You can ruin a game completely and they will still buy it
You can release some quickly slapped together crap and they will buy it
Consoles require minimal work, graphics and the systems are the same, just keep changing the storyline, adding some gimmicks and the console players will buy it.
They sell way more copies than PC does.

PC players:

Complain constantly(because they don't just swallow and ignore problems)
PC hardware is more varied, so needs more work
PC hardware is ever evolving requiring each time to push the limits
PC gamers expect patches and everything else for free(as it should be)



Can you blame them? consoles are just too easy and too tempting, money talks.

I just hope IW stops making games for PC completely, just stick with 360 IW.

Makes perfect sense to me. As you said, even the communities on the consoles are that much better. For instance: the PlayStation 3 doesn't get the GTA IV expansions, but did they start a boycott and complain for a few months before eventually buying it? I think not. They just take it in stride, knowing that b***ing at developers won't get them anywhere. How the PC community thinks they'll get any more out of IW after this is a mystery to me.

I agree with all that but the never complain because that is bunk.

The rest, yeah, its an easy way to flip a system and make a coin. If you look at your list, its easy and makes a dollar. Thats how EA/Actvision wants it. They take the fun out of making a game and pound on the devs to make them faster, cheaper, and to sell quickly.

Thats why there are no more demos on a lot of these games. If you had some time to look at the game you would see how much crap it really is.

I dont blame IW, I blame all the people signing these petitions with no intention of not getting the game. I blame all the consolers who buy it just because.

Consoles are easy and simple. They dont need upgrading and they are all the same with the exception of a few with different accessories, which does not matter anyway gamewise.

Everyone knows its the dollar that makes the vote for these companies. As long as millions vote yes, then everyone aproves of what is going on.

I'm happy, atleast we are getting Modern Warfare 2 and on time. Steam is a good platform that won't be going any where soon, about the equivalent to a console but for PC.

Read the bottom. My literacy skills have nothing to do with my emotion - which is basically all that is currently showing as I'm completely upset with the way IW is handling things. I re-read it before you even replied and caught the apparent sarcasm, hence the edit in my post.
