    Its likely there's a failure rate of 56.4% for non-jasper systems, this was conducted by joystiq with 5000 people surveyed

      I am now through my 2nd. Last night ran into the RROD while playing NBA 2k9, restarted the xbox and it was working fine, although thats what happened last time and then a few days later same problem, RROD and it this time it wouldn't load up after a restart. That's what happened this morning....thanks Microsoft.

        Yea it happened to me last week and i sent it in the next day, still waiting for any news on it.

        Second time its happened to me, how do Microsoft get away with selling faulty products i dont get it?
