Report them to the admins in game, or on their forums. I think PB streaming websites can ban a player from all servers that stream it.

No, they can ban them on their local server, but unless it is for a violation that PB catches, or from PBSS that are turned in and verified as using hacks, the ban does not carry through to other servers that are streaming.

However, there are some clans which do share information amongst each other through use of BR or FRAPs video to show players that hack and then that player finds themselves banned from multiple clan servers. (PBBans doesn't use BR or FRAPs footage to verify hacks.) So, the best policy is still to report that player to an admin in game or better, start a thread on that clans forums giving them the heads up about a cheater.

i play alot just not on TRR very much. i kind of like to play maps other than campG sometimes. call me wierd.

They have looked at ways of doing that, but the problem you run into is that "Clan A" thinks a player should be banned, but "Clan B" doesn't agree, so who decides which players get banned. What PB Streaming is doing is about as good as it gets. If a player is caught by PB on a streaming server then that player is banned on all PB streaming servers, until he gets a new GUID which can take all of 2-3 minutes if he knows what he is doing. Also, if a PB Streaming server takes some PBSS that show hacks, then that player is again banned. However, nothing is as good as having knowledgeable, fair admins keeping an eye on the server.

If you are West Coast, I would recommend the =NfB= servers, the =TRR= servers, or the {DAM} servers.

yeah but all i ever see is like 10 people on it. and then the 32 player CAMPG server is always packed. but this isnt particular with just your server this is the way it is withs lots of servers

Unfortunately, players who have been spoofed always got kicked from the FLOT server because of the way the FLOT servers were (are?) set up.

So, unless they've improved their setup in the last few days, you'll not be able to use your old soldier on FLOT, even though there is no reason that you should not be able to use it anywhere else.

To have PBBans automatically kick players who have bans against them, all a server needs to do is set up normal streaming to PBBans. Simple.

By blindly adding ALL the names from the MBi, the FLOT people have reduced the effectiveness of PBBans, as innocent players get needlessly kicked.

Even if those players subsequently complain about their unfair kick in the forum, they will just be told to play somewhere else till the system is changed (with no definite date given for that change).

One question.

Why become a deadweight liability to your entire team just to thwart the attempts of one supposed cheater?

Because the rounds he's on are pretty much ruined anyways. So if you plan to keep on playing, switch server - if you are going to quit soon anyways, why not at least try to annoy him a bit first?

Between barring the way to several thousand cheaters even if it means a few false positives, and letting the horde loose without restrictions, it's pretty logical one will favor the former option.

I suppose that they can appeal to either PBBans or Punksbusted, whichever ban list said player is on. Seems like the logical course of action. I think I remember PBBans having an appeal system directly integrated into their website.
