this is one thing that gives some people away fairly easily is that they are a godly shot but then lack basic movement and evasion skills.

If you whisper someone and he whispers back, his real name should show, if I remember correctly.

Does that server have a website? Are the admins aware of his cheating?

Sometimes it is more difficult to kick/ban a player than others for different reasons, but it is always possible. However, even if there are no admins on, then take a SS and download the Battle Recorder file, (hopefully they run it.) Then, contact them on their website and ask how to submit the BR file to them. Or, if they know what they are doing it is fairly easy to pull logs, find the player in question, and pull the BR file on their own. Any respectable server will review it and if necessary issue bans on the GUID and if it is one of the morons that likes to change their registry to get back on the server with a new GUID, then they can IP ban as well.

yea best way is to switch to his team, get up top and push him off the edge or RDX explode him into the skies.

since i dont want to get a TK or waste my time on cheaters, i just repeatedly type in "[cheater name] IS A CHEATER!!!!!" in all upper-case letters every time im waiting to spawn. which is often.
in about 10 minutes the cheater is kicked by a kick vote.

lol i registered on the TAT forums and was posting a bunch of stuff asking them why they hack, or if you join them do you get some hacks or if they think hacks are cool. and then they banned me off thier forum. FAGZ

i mean just stand in front of his gun, he will get no kills and if he shoots u it's his loss and if he does it x3 he goes bye bye if you punish :)

Report them to the admins in game, or on their forums. I think PB streaming websites can ban a player from all servers that stream it.
