In vBF2 no missiles ever hit. If you hit something with them you have 90% of chance that you're commiting a TK

Ever played 1.0 there's still servers and it's much better than the current version. Hit detection is 100% okay, so there won't be magical dust appearing everywhere or missiles going through.

Oh yes I play since BF1942, it was just a joke to say that the missiles tracking code is quite awful. Anyway no, it was worse in 1.0 as you could evade missiles much often, don't remember about the hit detection though and the magical dust but I guess it's not glorious (the BF netcode...).
