I'm not sure how long you have been playing BF2 but if you’re getting killed by claymores that are left to protect a flag, then you my friend are the noob....
Isn't that what claymores were made to do, you know, defend an area?
Yup that and to defend your position so someone doesn't sneak up on you because the commander isn’t spotting them.
I am old an lazy so I enjoy defending the flags more than capturing them and I have to tell you there is nothing funnier than taking out a squad leader or an entire squad of noobs because they all run up to the flag at the same time....BOOM
By the way C4 works much better for this, provided you keep yourself from being killed before you can detonate it, otherwise they may just pick up your kit and use it against your own team....

I said commanders should be allowed to be in combat in BF2, and you said they werent same as real life, which I then went ahead and proved you wrong that commanders do fight in real life. Stop comparing BF2 and real life. It doesn't matter if commadners can fight in real life, BF2 is NOT real life!

BTW - if you play on Christian Gamers Online and you need to disconnect from the server, just type "LMAO" in the all-chat and you'll get kicked. Much easier than ESC + Disconnect from menu.
