I have solo chained gun you just have to bank and turn at the same time to get some momentum and make it steady not hard once you practice.

SOLOING is the way to go you lining yourself up you guide the missile and you can only blame yourself for failing hehe.

Pshh, whatever you guys. Real chopper pilots solo blackhawks. Or use another players mouse to operate the miniguns while flying sideways with their left hands.

                      Re: Attack Choppers - soloing

I actually "soloed" with two players once. I was flying with my joystick on my laptop and gunning with my desktop. It was most awesome. I had to try it after being kicked from a server for not having a gunner.
It's really hard to multi-task like that, so the flying was done slow and sloppily with my left hand. It wasn't much different from doing another thing left-handed while using the mouse in my right hand...

Most KVM switches don't let you do two different things simultaneously. I didn't want to switch control and view. I had the two screens next to each other, and flew with one hand while chaingunning and TVing with the other. That requires two sets of everything, not one set where you change focus completely.

Haha never heard of that two computer thing done before.

And Sloi I was just wondering if you've ever experienced the weird thing where as soon as you seat switch the chopper goes into a crazy roll? It's as if you've suddenly got a maniac for a pilot. It only happens to me occasionally and I can't figure out a way to recreate it.

Oh yeah, I just love when that happens. I can usually come out of it, too! Sometimes...

Otherwise I just bail and cry tears of sorrow.
