I would rather get good at something that matters like a career that earns money, not a silly game, where you can't make money at it. I would rather get good at stocks and investing.:yay:

im not trying to lead people the wrong way with this. i just dont like casual gamers that are like 'oh i just play for fun. it doesnt matter if i do well.'

it reminds me of kids in gym class that trot instead of run and half arse it when playing sports. then they dont care and when someone gets in thier face about it theyre just like "whatever this is stupid" and then quit.

seriously how can it be fun to play a game and constantly get pwnt into the ground? and then be like "lol how are people so serious with dis game lolz"

i dont know if im wierd or not but i have a hard time thinking of anything that i spend any amount of time on and didnt want to be extremely good at it. a few examples my younger brother had me come to a karate class in our home town when i hadnt moved out. i thought it was pretty cool. i went every class and in a couple years i had a 2nd degree black belt and went to 4 tournaments and then was helping teach the class. i watched a bunch of fighting vids and was really into the whole thing. I became interested in Warhammer 40k stuff and i bought some armies and spent hours and hours laboring and doing my best to paint some very good looking models they werent like pro quality or anything but they looked great because i wanted to do the best i could and be good at what i was doing.

when i tell the kid his kdr sucks what he should say to me is: "yes Field my kdr is pretty bad because i am not good at this game. i should practice more and think harder and as i play better the game will be funner to play and ultimately it will be more worth my time to spend doing it."

I think the whole issue here is, the TC started a thread called 'Anyone know when BF3 will come out?' and the first post he got was you saying, 'd00d ur kdr sux!' Not saying you're right or wrong, but as this wasn't a 'rate my stats' thread it was really an unprovoked attack. Kind of like you calling up Whirlpool asking for a quote on some parts for your dishwasher and the customer service rep calling your mother a whore instead.

okay so back to topic.

since it looks like heroes ain't coming out until end of 2008 at the earliest, ( i think it will come out in 2009) I have to say my best guess would be summer 2009. i don't think they'll rush it just to get it out early.
