Attack attack attack. Defense is boring and easy. My stats have a huge tilt to offense.

I've been on the recieving end of you and your mates attacking a few times. Well coordinated and hard to slow down. :cry:

ps i think DICE should've made a pin to reward the attacking of the titan rather than defending it. defender pin aka titan camp pin is one of many reasons why players camp the console with their infinite supply of nades, sentry guns shooting every direction, and endless spam of recon explosives.

Agreed. With all the other pins they created, I've always been flummoxed that there isn't a Titan Attack Pin to compliment the Titan Defense Pin. Being on the attacking side is a tough enough proposition to start with, but knowing with every death you suffer on the titan gets an enemy that much closer to a reward with no reverse of that for YOU... sticks in your craw sometimes.

I usually defend, sometimes I actually get healed that way.

Total Defend : 6189, total attack: 1857, so it's pretty obvious. Vent defending is boring, so I use to be on top of the Titan, much more exiting.

Having said that, haven't been playing Titan since months...

I prefer to stay away from the titan because of the miserable lag, plus silos i feel are more important to winning titan rounds.

However... If previous rounds had teammates being crap, i might choose to defend. You can't go wrong spending the rest of the round podding to the back and causing chaos to keep the enemy disorganised so they can't pull off a good assault on the consoles.

Although I do love hovering over our own titan with a gunship and TV missiling the podders as they land. Hella fun way of defending

because i don't enjoy titan. its spammy and vehicle-heavy with a strong emphasis on stat-peddling. ps spammier than ANY possible conquest scenario

uber spam, vehicles, large empty maps, useless vehicles that explode for no reason just aren't things i enjoy. obviously i'm in the minority. if i was to play titan i would attack though.

best thing ive found to do when on the ground in titan is just to get a silo thats close to the enemy titan and then defend it.

actually idk totally the best things to do you actually just have to think carefully and not rush into stuff too much caus titan is just a festering pit of traps and unknown pitfalls

if your in a protected area on foot and want to cross the road and go somewhere like to a silo you might actually want to look around first to see that theres no APC coming. or dont be a retard and rumble into a silo with a tank and then sit there caus youll probably get pilumd in the butt. you just need to be more spec ops secret agent and sneak around and put yourself in good spots. alot of the conquest maps are easier caus you just need an assault kit and need to run around and shoot people but titan is a bit more intelligence oriented.

the odd thing though is that you find a higher percentage of tards playing titan but the fact remains that you are still heavily rewarded for careful thinking
