Speaking of home, I seen something about it on G4 last year when they covered E3.

So is Home like the sims? but online?

Well, kind of. Except it's going to be more like just a room (That will be customizable) with all your trophies that your friends can come in with there virtual person. You can chat, show off your di- trophies,etc.

What game should I get next? I just got my cheque for $64.00 for some work I did a couple of weeks ago.

Im looking at:

Civilization Revolutions (July 7th Release)
Grand Theft Auto IV

The Orange Box

Are you into Ultra-realistic Racing simulators? I love it... there is supposedly a patch in the fall coming out for damage and other little things. The online is OK, no room really, but visit the Sony forums and go to there GT section. You might want to wait till the whole thing comes out however. Since this is just the Prologue.

It's a sick game. But it's not like your need for speed games. This game is a simulation of driving and takes a lot of patience to get good at.

I wish i had the extra$$$$ for a ps3 I work six days out of the week and still cant find the coin.

For real,I do want to buy one or do you guys think its a bit late(close to) the next gen consoles being released to jump on the ps3 wagon?

I don't think there'll be a new console for at least a year and a half... (2 years)... Its not too late to jump on the PS3 wagon, it's probably the best time (well wait for the next price drop, should be in a few months) then you can buy GTA4/MGS4/any other upcoming awesome games.

I am unsure of the cost of ps3s in every ones area but here they are still sporting the $400 tag every where I have looked.

I've seen used ones for 350. Also check ebay, and look for specialty stores sometimes they have deals on them.

Do you guys have Cex in America? www.cex.co.uk - My bro traded in his 360 and a bunch of games and only had to pay £30 for a PS3 60gb (used). It was a pretty good trade, much better then trading in to GAME or similar.

What is the PS3s biggest down fall?(weak point)

When it comes to the 360 I have heard/Read alot about how they melt down/fry them self,Reading the Consumer reviews on the 360 scared me away from it. Im UN-willing to spend hard earned money for a console that has/had a history of break downs.

The consoles these days are wicked(IMHO) I mean we have come a long way from Pong heh.

There are a couple reasons i would LOVE to have a console these days
One being multiplayer racing,FFS I love online racing!!!!! and games like BF:BC.
I love the fact that im a gamer I dont ever want to grow up!!!!!!!

I have found no weak oint in the PS3 imo, and i am not saying this cause i am a fanboy of the PS series either. I mean when i bought the PS3 in Aug07 till now i have no probs, no weaknesses. THe only thing i hate that its a dust magnet /

Oh the price btw could be a huge weak factor other than that the hardware is awesome features are brilliant its like a PC but PC Pwns ;P i am a PC Gamer.
