I have a soft spot for tactical CQB games, coming from SWAT4 and R6. I do however only play Softcore. In the same time, I understand the reasons why people prefer HC. I just wish a group of talented folks made a fully functional realism mod for COD4, with a specific theme (SWAT theme, along with multiple choices, a´la SAS, GSG9 and so forth), if that happens, COD4 SC will not see me again.

Lets not clutter this up with discussion or flames. Just vote.

Think a topic such as this warrants discussion (though flaming agreed is not neccesary)

I'm having to go the indecisive route I'm afraid.

Hardcore has grown on me and rather enjoy it a lot of the time... except on some maps with big player counts where it gets damned difficult to move.

Softcore appeals to the 'gung ho' mood in me, when I like a good run about.

Only thing that really pisses me is the lack of options in the server browser for these two types.

Well hopefully people will just vote and leave the discussion in another thread.

I'm not saying it's a bad idea to put anything in this thread - i just want to keep it friendly.
