Amusing, because Ghost Recon is not a "Rainbow Six" title. Its actually a "Ghost Recon" title. So much for your expertise when it comes to sims, dont it? The most amusing thing is that youre calling R6 down from the "sim" spot, while preaching ArmA up, even though they both share limitations inhereted by them being videogames. And having personally played ArmA, I can actually give a fair perspective. Then again, when you said "Rainbow Six: Ghost Recon", I doubting in you being able to do the same.

Oh really? I did not say GRAW, if that's what your trying to get at... GRAW and now EA's version of RB is lame, they have messed the game up completely.

I really don't understand when you say Ghost Recon is not Rainbow Six???? Its the same GAME! Just another addon...

With ArmA if you have the imagination, almost anything is possible. People that play "SC" in all the acarde games can't handy ArmA. They leave within seconds. Its like HC with CoD4, you need patience and you need to think. You may get the occasional player that stays with ArmA from playing SC CoD4. But that's very unlikely. Then you also have VBS, which is the ultimate simulator and its being used by some armies.

Your personal preference being served as facts now? No wonder you think getting 1 shot to hit taking more skill than 3 is logical. The point of this thread is that opinions are like as5holes, everyones got one, and they are all influenced and limited by emotions. Then theres facts and arguments, observations, which are solid, foolproof. Youre arguing gravity. Im arguing as5holes.

Its the simple fact that whenever someone leaves their opinion, you question that opinion thinking your always right, when your not. Its their personal preference as to how they see this matter and not yours. I may agree with you on some parts, but those parts are very hard to come by...

Likewise, I think your talking out of your *** matey. But at the end of the day its your opinion and everyones entitled to there own.

As for the pub allstar, he can be superman for all I'm concerned, he may be an allstar in your eyes, but maybe a high percentage think otherwise? I don't no.

Once again, that's your opinion of a friend that you feel is good. Does that mean he can take everyone to school because of a discussion about SC and HC? I think not. This ain't about who's better. I can easily say I'm much better than him. Would that change anything? No.

After around seven pages of semi-constructive content, the last few posts have scant even made mention of the original question. The topic poses: "Do softcore servers exist anymore?" The topic DOES NOT MENTION "Can I make someone else feel inferior over the internet today?"

If you are just now reading this thread, start from the beginning. The original question is answered in the first couple pages.
