i just plugged in a joystick and it works even better than my xbox control :P it REALLY does make a huge difference... for me it does anyway

I have a PS2-style USB controller that I may use, being a PS2 fan i dont really like the Xbox ones, its a matter of preference, so yeah i may give that a go. Because i looked at these joysticks that are recommended at they were at prices like £45 which i cant afford atm

£45?????? damn that 3D one we get here in australia for like $40 aussie dollers lol stuff in the uk is pricey!!!

thanks ill check it out mate. Yeah it comes to about 25 on ebay, but thats GBP. which atm, i dont have lol - so I guess ill have to stick to USB controller ^^
