We were hacked. Several times over the past two weeks, in fact.
While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
^That's why I choose a name that I KNOW nobody will want: iLovePenis
haha, that'll be the day, I try to keep all my usernames the same for everything I do from e-mail to forums to bf2 to cod4 to pro evo 2008 online, so everything is dgutierrez32.
XD LOL!
its a shame about the local account thing, i would have much rather IW implemented a server based system like BF2 or 2142 to avoid dupe problems, even if it would mean numbers at least its unique. Not going to change mine suffice to say in my world i was the original >_>
This has nothing to do with hacks whatsoever. I can change my name 8 times in under 2 seconds using keybinds (Doesn't mean I do it, just proving a point).
Sort of does, hackers will go in, and change their name to another name on the server. So they can semi clone them self.

No, I never said it did. Hence, the description of how to do it.
You think it'd be like CS:S, where the second person to enter the game with that name has a (1) in front of their name, and the first one there using the name has nothing. Simple fix, really.
I sometimes wish they would allow duplicates, for the PS3 Online anyways. I had some great names thought up, but they were taken. At least I know that there is only one Young_Dirty.
