Seriously now, it seems like all you are doing is blatant advertising for your server. I could care less about your stinking server, or your stinking clan.

As for caring about padders... They do adversely affect everyones gameplay. SHT is a good server to play on, and when it is admined they kick anyone doing this sort of crap. However at this particular time of day, there were no admins on so these noobs got away with it.

It was two different little brothers that ended up playing against these two nubcakes, FYI.

If you hate 2142 so, then move on. Go away. For my part, I will do what I must to help rid the game of cheaters. It doesn't help that I am a three star general... I had to work my *** off to get this rank, and to see two idiots who got it in five minutes really ticks me off. Don't go off about me using the private glitch again, I didn't get ANY of them last week and I still have my rank.

No need to be hostile. I'm just trying to offer you a place where you don't have to worry about that stuff. If you have time to waste on worrying about cheaters on someone else's server, then more power to you.

That's because the private glitch and getting thousands of career points have nothing to do with the rank. 9 out of 10 people who get the ranks are clueless people who just stumble on it and the ranks are fairly simple to get once you discover the requirements and you can even have a terrible spm and kd while still receiving the rank.

BTW wih EA's excellent sped they'll probably whipe them just in time for your x-mas present. I've seen those guys preying around on titan servers with their knives and its always fun to crash their party with a transport.

As for EA/DICE, do they really bother with catching statpadders unless you report them?

Look at the news ticker in the BF2142 home screen, and you see the latest one of their "ongoing anti-padding efforts" occurred in September 2007.

Sure it is good that you are reporting all of them, but one only needs to go to a tracker like 2142-stats.com and look at the server histories of some of the top 20 to realise that they have been padding for ages, and EA hasn't bothered.

THIS is statpadding. notice how they make their titan not lose its shields, NAM just sit in their titan repairing and shooting their titan guns, they dont capture silos because they make their server not let the shields go down. i got kicked as soon as i asked why the shields werent going down, and they were kicking and banning people if they werent NAM and joining their side. THESE are the players and servers that need to be shut down, along with two other clans and their servers i could happily mention.

Its bad enough that they do these things, but now in the past few months EA has given up a lot more support-wise on the game. They've finished with 2142 it seems and have gone on to bf3 and bad company.

Well as far as EA goes, they are a joke, I have reported so many cheaters and stat padders, not one of them has ever been punished(stats wiped).

The last one I ran into had two of his clan members join my team(pac) and they walked together infront of their other clan member(human sheilds) titan corridor so he could get a knife kill on me. Cuz he couldn't do it legitimitly, he sucked(I killed him over 20 times while he was trying to get a knife kill on me), his clan was so pissed they team killed me every chance they got. So at the risk of ruining my stats I tried to run. Then he bragged all day about how he got my tags. I told him I screen shoted the incident and video'd it. Then left the server.

I sent them both to EA with a description of what he and his clan did. The I went to http://www.2142-stats.com/Hamferno+player+history.html pulled his history linked it to EA and sent a screen shot with over half the servers he plays on are stat padding servers(knife servers, eefu, etc) Nothing ever done about it By EA.

When I even told him I was going to send the info to EA he laughed and said "Oh please EA doesn't care and they never do anything about it"

I don't even bother reporting anymore, EA doesn't care, the only time they will evr do anything about it, IS IF THEY CATCH THE OFFENDER THEMSELVES. And the last time they did this was last year 9/07. Yeah big effort.

If EA really wanted to stop the problem all they would have to do is hire one person to read these forums, and two people to play the game every day, A job I would love to have. Once the cheaters started getting caught, then they wouldn't do it so openly.

If I had my say, I would wipe their stats the first offense, the second time I would disable their cd key so the can't play online anymore. Problem solved, let them go buy a new game(cd key) a few times after their cd key doesnt work anymore and they will learn.

That's what clanmates are good for. I love hunting ppl down when they do this. The again, who gives a ****, just suicide or go on another server.

EA probs wont wipe them anyways, they don't give a **** anymore.

They never really gave a **** to begin with really, how else can you explain the fact that the knife only servers like 'The Knifer's Edge' have been around for so long.

I've never actually seen people do this, the only form of statpadding I've ever seen was the EMP one.

Unfortunately, this kind of thing happens on all servers, even those well admined. I actually had a couple guys doing this to me on our Camp G server, not knifing, just one shooting me and the other reviving me. It took about four times for me to see who the guy on my team was that was doing the reviving, at which point I banned both of them.

Nice work putting that together Kaizer. I hope they actually do something about it.

So they haven't been banned yet? Unfortunately, this is probably because the only person at EA still having something to do with Battlefield 2142 is some tech or secretary who play it during their spare time.

I asked EA "Customer Support" about the stats outage, and all I got was a pre-made reply that I got last time there was a stat outage. Hell they didn't even respond to the actual question itself.
