Hi, I had a bit of trouble getting the high scores at first. I then learnt to slow down alot , use the radar (and ears) more and get used to using the scope more often. Of course it helps when you get used to the maps and where the enemy will be coming from from. I like to try and out-flank them and ..erm, shoot them in the back. Last week I was getting 10ish kills and last night I got a couple in the 40s, so it's just practice.

I wish I could get my damn money back on this crapper of a game. I always see one or two guys getting thirty or fourty kills per game...are they hacks or wtf is going on. I get last place every time i play. So someone tell me what the hell I'm doing wrong. I'm ready to uninstall this game and throw it in the trash. What a waist of fifty bucks! I'd been better off buying my wife some new kitchen towels!!!!!!

maby you are playing the game wrong? This is not UT3 you can't just run and gun. I think you should try the MP5 with Steady Aim Perk, it might help you out untill you learn how to play better..

Don't try to force yourself into being the best player, it will only make you play worse.
Instead of desperatly suiciding to get kills, stay cool. Learn from your mistakes and most of all, learn the maps. This is not Quake even though the single player plays alot like it...

Its not a crap game to be honest, its the most fun ive had in a while, stick to a gun learn how to use it either with the iron sights or the various scopes the reflex scope seems to be quite popular.

Find the gun that you want to use, use it as your main gun, but go around picking up other guns (As Alex said).

I play as a sniper, and I often find myself in a CQC situation constantly picking up new weapons and using my surroundings. Being able to use every weapon effectively is a big plus.

STAY AWAY FROM BIG SERVERS! 18-32 Players is a frag fest and is very hard to keep up.

i come from bf2 and css and. i was an average to crappy css player struggling to get into the top 5 most games and an above average bf2 player usually always in the top 3 if not first. i find this game to be easier to get kills than css or bf2 and much more fun. sounds like to me u are just doing some things wrong man. did u play thru the single player campaign yet? If not then put it on hardmode and try it out. it will make u maor patient and understand the guns better i think. when it boils down to it u just need practice killing people and trying different strategies. play some free for all and some tdm and work on ur killing skills then worry about everything else.

When I first started, there were already a few 55's despite beginning like three days after launch. My aiming skills are pretty polished as I've been playing FPS's since heaven knows when, but good players are much more then great aim and reflexes. I checked out the scoreboard for some high rank guy getting a lot of kills and basically just followed the dude around to learn the map. I still use spots I saw him use. I followed him around on every map on that server, in fact lol. He started calling me his "sidekick."

My advice to you is to learn the maps inside out, depending on your preferred gametype. I mostly play Search and Destroy and TDM (mindless fragfests can be fun.) Because of this, I know how to approach and defend bombsites, and where to "strategically place myself" to kill rushers ;p. Don't camp either. Offensively camp. Get a bunch of kills in one good spot, move to another. You'll live longer and get more kills.
