I felt that way until I turned the video settings down.
The game plays alot faster now, and is loads of fun.

I have a dell gaming pc and my fps never gets below 55! It's my gameplay I suppose. I just have not figured the game out yet I guess. I thought by rank 46 I would've had the hang of it!!!

If you want to slow down the gameplay, pick a smaller server that is on something like search and destroy. Once you die, you have to wait till the round is over to join back in. That is incentive enough to use cover and try not to die in the open-- which makes the gameplay slower.

Hardcore mode with a few people also makes the gameplay slower, but a lot easier to die or get frags, since even a leg shot with a pistol is fatal.

But one thing is for sure: STAY AWAY FROM BIG SERVERS! 18-32 Players is a frag fest and is very hard to keep up.

Really though, it's kind of stupid how you're bashing the game because of it's multiplayer. Did you complete the single player campaign? If so, how did you do?

Though I agree with your advice, a leg shot from a pistol isn't a kill, unless you're speaking of the Desert Eagle. M9 is always at least 2 hits, except headshots, and USP is often 2+.

im guessing the other team were below gunnery seargent, another prime example of team stacking.

Well point blank with a M9 is lethal, thats all I tested.. so you are probibly right about 2 hits for medium range

You just have to find a nice comfy place overlooking the map, pitch your tent, drink some Red Bull

But in the end, camping gets boring, so you have to go on a rampage. I know a lot of people will "poo poo" this, but having a decent mouse and mouse mat really does help with reaction times :)
yes, I can definately agree with that. when I ditched my optical mouse and got a laser mouse, my KDR per game on any game (bf2, fear, UT3) went up quite a bit.

Hardcore mode is easy, I like it and all but its just so easy to kill people.

Yeah lasers are great for sensitivity, quick rapid movements especially, however I find for stuff like sniping a optical is better, especially one with a sensitivity adjustment to bring it super low. I use the MX518 for my optical option, MX600 for Laser. I use the 600 more over all, but especially in BF2 I the 518 for a few different applications, Gunner in a chopper, commanding, and again sniping.

Mouse and keyboard and a good computer desk situation all make impacts on your gameplay, and more importantly, can be better for your health. Instead of always inventing in the Silicon for the computer, remember to invest in the devices that connect you to the computer.
