I used to double tap W, but after getting into ETQW I've been using Shift. It feels ever so slightly quicker than double tapping W.

Doubple tapp W for casual sprint and Shift+W for emergency like getting away from a tank!

when you run, you can either push shift + w or double tap W

Arrow keys? This isn't the early Rainbow Six series... Get with the computer gaming times, mostly everyone uses WASD for movement in most FPSs now a days...

This is the only game I've played since Rainbow Six back in the day, so the most logical thing for me to do was to remap the keys as soon as I started playing this game 2.5 years ago. That's why I don't even remember what the default settings were.

Only use double tap in AA where all the other buttons are occupied.

I use both of them mostly Double Tap W but still W+Shift is easier and faster

shift+w is much quicker than double tapping, just put ur pinky on mr. shift and press.
