Shift+W. There's no reason why I should have go to a full stop just to stop/start sprinting.

Double tap = shift, shift = double tap.

Open Controls.con and swap the two around.

Double tap is an instant acceleration, shift is a buggy pile of crap.

Bind the double-tapped sprint (ALT SPRINT) to shift, hop in a jet, fly, and tap shift. You'll notice the jet actually jerks forward each time you press shift. And it ALWAYS works, can't count the number of times I've died to a J10 because the shift key wasn't shifting me.

Once in a while i'll just use doubletap (probably when i'm eating ice cream or something), but i've been using shift + w since...... it's been around.

Arrow keys? This isn't the early Rainbow Six series... Get with the computer gaming times, mostly everyone uses WASD for movement in most FPSs now a days...

No Idea what your talking about, but I use Shift+w. Why would you double tap....you have to take your finger off the key, which means means you stop for a little. Then when you want to stop running, you have to take your finger off, then press the button again. STUPID DOUBLE TAPPERS!

Double tapping doesnt require you to stop running if you only lift your finger slightly and press back down quickly. For some reason the shift key doesnt like me, it only makes me sprint about half the time, and the other half either nothing happens or it makes me wait a couple of seconds to respond.

PS: This shouldve been a poll.

                          W+Shift much easier than Americas Army's W+Alt and W-double.
