The biggest and most widespread concerns need to be addressed:

1) Stats need one server, they should not be client side.
2) Increase ranks or make them harder, some people are ALREADY maxed out (for PC).
3) Put in clan tag spaces or make names longer (for PC).


Besides from that the game has one of the smoothest launches ever, even considering those problems it is 100% better than BF2142 or other recent game launches of anticipated FPS games.

In singleplayer, maybe a script of having a medic in the game (CoD1 medic gets shot, if anyone remembers). In MP, medics would be useless, regenerative health...

I believe they left that out for a reason, to keep guns balanced. That's why the G3 is semi-auto only.

If it's not already a server option (I haven't looked in detail), then I really think spawn protection time should be added in a patch. Looks like a lot of people are complaining about spawnkilling across different forums.

Amen to that. I left the server our guild was playing on tonight to get something to eat, and when I came back, everyone was cursing up a storm because they couldn't take two steps after spawning before they died. We're talking not even enough time to throw a grenade.

And given the way the spawn system works in this game, you're often spawning in the middle of the action and it can take a sec to get your bearings. A 3-5sec invulnerability period should be Ok, provided you can't shoot during that period (melee would be fine.)

Make it obvious to an attacking player that their target is "spawn invulnerable" to keep things fair.

It has to be fair for both sides.

As for additions to the game itself. Yeah, a buddy system with a clan section would be awesome. WiC did it well. I think all games should emulate that system.
Auto-retry for connecting to your favorite server that may be full would be nice too.
More maps of course.

I'd like to be able to customizze what my characte wears. Add or remove body armor to change protection. Add a ghillie suit to an ordinary soldier, not just snipers, and other things with clothes.

yeah my god ive never had a problem with cod4, until the resolution CTD, but that was xfire's fault.

We have all seen them , and we have all had to deal with them at one time :


They may look at cute at first but in the heat of battle they are a #@$@$%@#$. Please deal with this issue in the next patch. I have see other games deal with this problem in this manner. Just like you have a limited amount of ability to run, when you jump that should take a huge "junk" out of your running abilities. So what happens is after you have used up all your sprint you are no longer able to jump untill you "catch your breath" and your ability builds back up.
Some people say this is not realistic but i ask them to strap 40lbs-50lbs of gear on their back, run for a bit then try to jump around for a few times.
Another possible resolution to this problem is when you jump and shot the accuracy of your gun should be NILL !
