nice system, if it were mine, i'd add 2 gig of ram, & get a medium to good or even kickazz card.

only thing with those kickin cards like 8800gts is just make sure you have a good enough psu to supply them.
i like to be above the "minimum " requirements.

the 1gig ram alone is slowing your down , not to mention the card. reason i say that is cause without much ram, it writes it in the page file, which is slower for the pewter to retrieve.

get another 1GB of RAM, a decent Sound Blaster sound card a decent 8 series gfx card and a powerful 600w PSU

thanks guys. It getting worse now even the maps i had no problem with are starting to crash.

nice card, make sure you get pci-e if you have a slot. i'd get another gig of ram or 2 if possible.

yeah, I think its an overheating issue. open up the computer, blow all the dust out, and try to leave the case open, and see if that helps. I know it did on my old computer with similar specs

depending on the driver your talking about, usually like say you have a nividia 8800gts, then you'd go to niviida website & look for there drivers & search out your card & download & follow directions on how to do it.
