hackers are fun i think because killing one is like a prize because you killed something that can quickly find and kill you and wont miss. so killing something like that is a great feeling.

also if someone hack unite and have everyone thats a nonhacking attack that person untill they leave the server.

            Hacking mofo cowards

            Go Mitch Go!!!

I would hope that you would provide a more thorough list to the authorities, as I can imagine the other SOBs out there selling hacks watching this thread and thinking that they are still clear to go until such time as they hear that prosecutions are happening on this one.

If it's known that you're giving out a whole bunch of the other sites to the FBI, they will then have to wonder whether or not they've been included, and sweat it out.

Cheats are the sleaze of the planet, right after politicians, lawyers, upper-level bankers, PR firms, etc, you know the bunch I'm talking about...

What an arrogant statement. There's a wealth of GENUINE software freely available information / educational purposes. I've never seen a more pathetic and transparent excuse for cheating and distributing that knowledge.

Rubbish. If dishonesty wasn't pervading online gaming EA etc. would need to do nothing.

If you're so sure cheating in games is just trivial and acceptable then I suggest you ask Marion Jones how she feels about it now.

                Please.

Yes because they make so much effort to prevent it they reach out to an outside company rather than spending some of their BILLIONS on creating a real cheat/exploit safe system and a functional reporting setup like steam/valve.

VAC? Heard of Joolz? Your whole attitude is arse about face. If I'm charged with arson then panting on about the lack of fire proofing on the property I burned would not comprise a fitting defense now would it. Get a clue.

And another thing, EA are paying PB some of their billions. Are you suggesting PB is a volunteer service? I'd like to see proof of that.

Maybe not, but an anti cheat system did, commonly known as the law.

PB has always been made a mockery of ever since it's existence as far as "hack", exploits and other various programs. That's a given.. They've gone as far as to include spyware... come on...

If you can't see EA makes enough money to actually do something about "hacks", cheats, exploits a lot more so than nowacross all of their games by using something like steam does.

There are many very poor definitions of spyware available, most confusing it with adware. It's a stretch to include PB as it doesn't install secretly, the user is informed that information will be gathered, and it doesn't misuse that information. So how do you claim VAC is so much better when it's common knowledge 1 hacker had it on it's knees for the best part of a year, and only gave up because he got bored - keep it real.

It could make better sense to have a specialist anti cheat developer contracted rather than making your own in house solution from the ground up. If you're so sure you can make better decisions than EA on every matter then either apply for CEO, or ruin them by starting your own rival company.

No, accually, attacking the source IS the answer. And continuing to attack the source, repeatedly. You see, if there is no source then, well, there are no clients. There can be no clients.

If I had the ban hammer, lite bread, you'd be off this site for advocating, supporting, in even the most subtle way, script kiddies.

Am I the only one that has grown tired of the constant bicking about hackers and Punkbuster?

                            Hackers exist.
                            Punkbuster sometimes catches them.
It's better than no cheat protection.

Funny I wasn't aware we were in a spelling competition along with a disagreement on software rights and I just don't feel the need to push the effort in making things any easier for you to understand because obviously your views are a bit eh due to you basing thoughts and opinions on things not even said. You really lack seriously upstairs if you think my OPINION is an attempt at superiority, I don't know what a forum is to you but uhhhh it's a forum on this end.. So are you trying to be superior? If I give you a cookie will you get off my jock??

Not everyone thinks precisely as someone like you, probably the same reason you have gotten into some very long outstretched pointless arguments all across TGN. It's a fact of life others don't see eye to eye on everything, you see that part now the next step to recovery is moving past it or just shutting tfu.

Could also try uninstalling whichever operating system you may have and practice using your computer as a paperweight, it may save you much grief in the future and time since clearly it's a serious personal attack just because someone else doesn't agree.

I have no problem including PB into the definition of spyware (nor do many others, search this site or hell live a little and try google) since the recent changes and background programs, whether it gathers information or not(which LAST TIME I CHECKED PB does infact scan users computers..). It's a slack company/entity when they resort to background programs and overall system invasion which interferes with normal security software, its just more headaches for the already over burden consumer dealing with every crash/kick/bug in this game obviously coded by a pair of drunken monkies on a high voltage shock cord to speed things up when they stop to sniff each others asses.. It's even more of a headache when the anti-cheat software causes more of a problem than the users themselves using the exploits or cheats.

I feel for the guys that play 2142, they deal with both PB spyware and the in-game ads and the cheaters.

Uh... I was saying pretty much the exact thing as far as coming up with a solution since they are so rich because they are more than capable. Also you're a liar again or just pure ignorant as I have only discussed the cheating area, "not every matter" do you even read the replies or just make this **** up as you go? "Oh here, bred didn't say this or that but I can "think" he did and all is better for the sake of the argument I'm obviously having with myself." Practice what you preach and "keep it real" and stick to the subject at hand, homie.

Err might as well, it's hard to tell with you since you jump from one thing to another like a 12 year old on a high dose of speed, then resort to making things up based on your hallucination's when things just don't go your way to make you "seem/feel" smarter... You clearly should be on medication or off the medication you're currently taking if that is the case. Something is seriously wrong when an individual feels the need to make things up on the fly to support his argument on the INTERNET.

I'm sorry you feel left out, I just didn't reallly need one don't need one, I'm not on a power trip to prove I am right on all fronts to a single individual 40 million miles away just because he got a sandy vagina due our opinions not matching up and is now "making things up" and jumping to conclusions on statements never made by me. I also could careless as far as convincing people to agree with me, I don't need followers or a band of people I don't even know saying "oh you're so right" and so on to get thru life.

It's common sense when it comes to authors of various things from software to scripts, you can find the source and all types of software all day long legally that is provided for information or educational purposes only. The same software which would otherwise be illegal if actually USED. Again, a victim trying to blame the gun maker rather than the one holding the smoking gun. Hey next lets blame limewire because people download music illegally and use the program for purposes which are clearly not the intent of the software.

People that cry about cheats and "hacks" all day should be GLAD these authors share their work on the net, it's much better than them keeping it private since if that were the case, it'd be a bit harder for the right people to get their hands on the given software to find ways to counter it. Since obviously they would need to grasp the technology that is clearly already overriding their own to fix their short comings.

I seem to recall "like VAC" but hey whatever makes you feel better. I would go into it but honestly this is a waste of time. It's asses like this that have made me quite fond of exploits and such since they hinder and ruin the games of people that shouldn't have taken up the internet in the first place. Maybe it will deter them more from plaguing the servers and they can spend more time on forums whining about how they can't enjoy something because those awful "hackers" are everywhere when 97% of the time it's a lack of skill and not software generated to begin with.

Can you show me or explain to me how PB a program that has failed so much is the laughing stock of authors of the given software is so much better than VAC?

Funny thing is I am advocating a better system to catch the problem and solve it, obviously you didn't take the time to read before spouting off threats and fantasies of abuse of power just because someone else thinks a bit different.... I guess your illiteracy should have been clear to me when I seen your failed attempt at spelling my name.
