That's true to an extent, but they shouldn't be able to ban/kick people for stupid reasons. Being an admin and/or owning a server doesn't give you carte blanche to do whatever the hell you want to.

my first and only ban was for team switching to win... on a server with auto balance on and the round just started. i had just joined the server and the admin kicks and bans me. lame!

if the round has jsut started how were u team switching to win? The victor is determined at the end of a round, not the beginning.

I was kicked for this, previous round enemy won and I switched to play with some friends :) Playing with friends is kickable/bannable offense

They could have been hosting the server from there (somehow registered) and just wired up to it...

lol i went on a wake server tonight and the first plane got taken so i was standing there waiting for the other to spawn then some guy drives towards me in a tank as i try to take off lol so im thinking wtf then i realise its an admin but the best part was my plane wasnt destroyed so i take off and 2 mins later i get kicked lol hes/she is probably on a powertrip from admin rights nice .

My most recent would have to be "COMNOATAKSPWNFAG"

after being cussed out for like 10 min by the admin because he ran over a mine at the usmc base on kark. it was my mine and i was commanding..... i was supposedly attacking in uncap and a fighting commander.

the funny part here is... i was the usmc commander.

I wasn't going to be #1 (I was working on my sniper badge), had about 7 kills and 5 deaths, wasn't talking on the VOIP, not really doing anything...

alright, i din't have any good ones until about 2 minutes ago. I was getting tired of karkand frag fest, so i decided to go to songhua stalemate.... bad mistake, i joined a weird *** clan server... anyways at the beginning of the round, I ran towards the boats, and another guy went for them also. He grabbed one, i grabbed the other.. ok? After I get out of the boat at the next flag, i was banned for stealing anothers teammates boat.... i guess i pissed off an admin... LAME
