Re: Geforce 6200
Not necessarily unstable but you will suffer from immense video lag. The card will be able to play BF2 on low settings for virtually every setting. You may try to switch one setting or two to medium but that may be a tad bit of a stretch. Hope this helps.Originally posted by Nintendogameraw man, what about a custom graphics settings with lighting on-or will that be unstable.

Re: Geforce 6200
eh, i'll just stick to low.it doesn't matter too much-bad graphics doesn't hinder enjoyment. anyway the card is a vast improvement from my old 5200

Re: Geforce 6200
I had the 6200 with 1gig ram and had all the settings on medium, no aa no dynamic shadows/lighting with no probs, upgraded to 2gig and put the settings on high and it plays fine, although i had no aa no dynamic shadows and dynamic lighting on low but all the rest on high, answer, stick another gig in your rig buddy.

Re: Geforce 6200
i'll stick another gig in at a later date, i only got the PC back today. before that it was a right state, it had a totally corrupted OS and it kept saying it was fake, but now i got a legit copy and a totally updated PC. real smooth it is now.

Do you not have an AGP or PCI-E slot? Either card is bad....Originally posted by Nintendogamereh, i'll just stick to low.it doesn't matter too much-bad graphics doesn't hinder enjoyment. anyway the card is a vast improvement from my old 5200
