I personally would recommend spartans BF2Assault mod over project reality as spartans mod has much better SP support.

no offense PR guys, I respect your work but your mod is primarily focussed on MP aspects.

There is a whole community creating/converting PR multiplayer maps for SP use, PR_SP is what they call it.

I'm aware of the PR_SP for version 1.5, but didn't 1.6 screw with SP compatibility?

all in all, its good that mods are starting to see the benefits of SP compatibility... because once the last of the MP servers have shut down (in the distant future), you would still be able to play the SP compatible mods

i was lookin at bf sp and i saw a topic about deployable items. and sat says u can deploy anything.)ala' pr, say deployable statinoary weapons. kits. and spawn points(im also got the idea of say putting an anti tank kit like the at4 onto the side of a hummvee. need an at? but got no kit? no problem. run to the hummvee and grab teh thing of the side. just like the real deal. ima experiment with that. im workin on trying to get sp better. and mp almost like pr in a way. cus pr mp is FUN AS HELL. but only when ug et a good squad. its amazing when u coordinate. cus its about players and squads.

for example
bravo contact right. supressem and nade em
alpha flank left and frag em.
at rifleman hit em with an at4
etc. like that. so fun =)

the future for pr and bfassault and aix and usi and opk and eod and hell allt he mods is very bright =)

the only reason bf2assault mod existed was cus back in teh day. teh big mods all ddnt have sp. period. lol.

ON TOPIC - like everyone else has said PR is for you, i have been playing it for 2 weeks now and im hooked to it, oh well anything to get away from the vBF2 noobs

to asnwer drifter boy. in ways yes. but in more ways no.

all i do is say. pr and thier kickass team makes the apache. i go and figure out how to edit it for bot use(Eazy) so i sorta impliment stuff. heck it was pretty easy getting that 0.15 opk leo2a6 tank workable in ai. and i do have a "dev team " sorta. but its like all testers. and its people u know. thier all just freinds of mine. i know a few guys who can code a bit so they help out. i get suggestions from people. but most of the work i do (implimentatino) is mine. but content wise. its completely the opposite all credit goes to the makers. from satnav to sp freak to egg and bss and hell alot of people u know. if it wasnt for them. assault mod would be just another tweak mod.

at its current state . its amazing

im also working on a laser satnav made at bfsp and the kit stuff.

i also recently figured out how to make tracers have lighitng effects on night maps. so say a tracer flies over the desert terrain. well)if youve seen nvg videos of the real deal. they actually sorta light up the area around em) i just did that this morning and man. IS IT COOl. an m249 shooting glowing tracers. i mean really. its just nuts.

ye you are probably right there, we do mainly focuses on MP and we have a small team on the side that dose SP.

There is no such thing as realism in a video game. Its practically an oxymoron. If you are interested in realism, join the military. Our men could use the help, but you might not even enjoy military games after a real tour of duty.

I enjoyed PR for a while, and it does have it's perks, but I always seem to go back to playing vanilla.

so it seems as though your implying that you are among the men serving our ailing country. well thankfully not all of us decided to join the military and risk wasting our lives for corrupt politicians. so if your pissed off because you're on your third mandatory tour of duty, well too bad. take your anger somewhere else.
