I didn't take care about the stat but i've just realized that they don't update since the 11th june.
(i'm a remington fan so i don't care about other unlock)

makes me laugh all the people saying get rid of the stats.

Its like the only people who say fat people are beautiful are big fat lard arses.

Well Garenteed go through the stats of all the people in here whyo say get rid of them and you will notice they all suck at the game. Low Ranks, Bad K/D ratio's etc etc etc.

I love the Ranking system it means I can look down on people and say..."WOOHOOO I have a higher rank than you, You loser noob"

LMAO... im sorta joking I think....anyway...

Personally I think stats do give the game more appeal as it gives you goals to aim for and it gives it that longer appeal. The stat padders do ruin it some times but as part of a clan that runs our own servers we rarely get people like that on our servers now as they tend not to last longer than 2 seconds (KICK...BANNED)....so bring on the stats...NOOBS

Stats are a crucial aspect of the game....... how?

i have played bf1942 mostly desert combat many years only reason i bought bf2 was those stats and ranks.. if there is no stats and ranks i want my money back from ea thats hoe its crucial... bf2 dvd covers promises that there is stats and ranks so there should be one working....

Just to update you all here that progress is being made on this issue, albeit not as fast as we'd all like (i.e., fixed this second). One thing we have noticed is that it isn't 100% of servers being affected, in fact there are more getting stats processed than not. As to what this might indicate, we're not yet certain but we'll get to the bottom of this. Once again, sorry for all the frustration this issue is causing, I'll update you all the moment I hear anything further.

Hey, Thanks again for the latest info update.

I work as an electrician in a large plant and know how hard and long you sometimes have to work to repair a problem. Sometimes, Its much fun either. In my opinion, who ever gets this should get some kind of a bonus-paid day off. But then again what do I know I just a player. . . . . . . . . . . . . .Red

Stats earned on ranked servers should not be lost at all, only delayed. If this changes for any reason, I will let you know.

This is bs. Not in the two years of this game have I been able to get any stats from EA servers update on my account. How long are these going to be delayed?

lol yep, you must be right on the edge of recieving it so everytime you go in the chopper, it gives it to you again because your stats aren't updating with it.

Well DICE/EA/Gamespy, hope you solve the problem soon, I have doubts though about EA saying it's still technically keeping track of points, just not updating ... I highly doubt that, I bet my 1000+ points I've gained these past 5 days are gone for good.

Wow, out of every other problem that is STILL in BF2, EA is the most worryed about the stats, more then anything else.

well i hope my best round score gets saved from yday,83 kills wid l96a1,should boost my kdr up from 1.62.

EA.....can't live with em...can't live with em.

EA makes great games that we HAVE to play but just 4 kicks they mess with the games knowing we have few other choices.
