It sucks, the server I've been playing on all weekend that actually gave me my stats just went down when I was closing in on some badges so now I don't know where to play.

I find them fun, adds something, i enjoyed having stats in BHD and JO back in the day

Haven't received any points, medals or otherwise since the 11th of June, and yes I've been playing. But at 200k I don't really care anymore :p

How about Wolfenstein 3D? First FPS I ever played (only SP though).

There certainly wasn't any 3D acceleration in 1992. Even "Windows acceleration" was not widespread yet (I think S3 developed the first one in 1990). Most video cards were just "dumb" framebuffers.

Regarding the stats, I hope they aren't lost. I finally got a good enough score on Saturday to get my "People's Medallion" (Chinese maps don't seem to be very popular).
