I loved it!! It's a shame I can't pilot jet fighters well. But hey! I can still be a lone hunter searching for easy prey! Also, it's a shame how insurgents fight and kill people in the name of Allah. It's wrong. I am a Muslim myself and I hate insurgents, I wish I could tear them apart with my bare hands! That's why I play as USMC and probably gonna join the REAL USMC when I am old enough. Anyways, 100/100. You're a great writer of war-stories. I must ask, did you really do the things that you wrote?, I am curious...Comment

truly, i actually did every single thing mentioned in that story.
the REAL truth is (lol), that i never did any radio speak whatsoever, i just had a squad member flying in the other a10 with me at the time. yeah he would follow me around and stuff, but there was no confirmations, no radio speak, nothing of that sort. heh. but there WAS a called in rescue, all of that was true. and me getting hit in the engines and catching on fire.
for the insurgent part, i really had no clue, i embellished on the fact that one time in an a10 run at the industry i pounded fire into the AA guns there, which were active at the time, and checked the scoreboard to discover i had gotten over 10 kills from the run. and the whole insurgent side of the story? completely made up. i wasnt even there. thats just how i would assume it would go in real life :p glad you enjoyed the story!.
*ps, before you go joining the USMC, go watch the movie jarhead. unless you werent planning on being an infantryman/grunt in the first place!*Comment

I don't think he'll be around here for too long to write a book. Considering his failed attempts to get him banned the worst attempt was when he posted pr0n links from google yet he didn't even click them...
EDIT: He got banned...poor sod I never got to know him.
