I've often thought of it like this: There are 2 kinds of people in this world, those who can hack it, and those who can't.

Playing an innacurate online game against other people should in no way be used as a judgement call to see if you have what it takes to make it.

This game is fun, that's all. 90% of the people i play online with are Veterans. That being said, we play differenty than the rest of the players.

The scary thing is 11 people said they are more likely to sign up, though it is their choice .

I was always going to enlist in the Armed Forces so playing Bf hasnt changed a thing. From the looks of tings MEC has a few new recruits coming there way lol.

anyway if BF2 was affecting you, you wouldn't know it so I don't see how asking this question reveals anything if someone was affected by the game they would say they weren't anyway because they wouldn't realize they were as soon as your realize your being affected by something mentally you generally stop unless its a severe addiction

I've seen first hand how the military treats people and its not worth it.My brother was in Desert Storm for two years with the 82nd Airborne out of Fort Bragg.When he came back he got into flight school to be a warrant officer.4 months into his training his heart went out of rythem and he passed out.He was in the hospital for a month until they could fix his problem.But when he got out they wouldnt allow him bbackin flight school and they wouldnt allow him to jump anymore.They had him doing gaurd duty.So he got out.Then he died 2 years ago of melanoma cancer and my family has ever had a history of any type of cancer so I'm guessing it was from the chemical warfare in deasert storm.So no its not worth signing up unless you dont like yourself very much.

Bradley, your from switzerland right?? Do USMC let anyone from anywhere enlist (if thy pass checks and tests and all that)??

I may enlist in the British army, screw all the america high tech stuff, we have the best trained army in the world!! I'm probably gonna enlist in the Para's.

I am Swiss / American.

I have a Swiss Passport, and an American one.

If I join the Marines Corps, I have to give up my swiss passport.

And it's as easy as going to buy a coke at a store to get it back when I leave the Armed Forces
