yeah sorry about asking this know u all got better things to do lol. ive not long had the game and im seeing people dive then roll? hjow do u do that? ive tried and cant.

Its not something you can do. It just happens in the game if you are moving and then go prone. I think.

I think if you strafe then go prone you will roll. But only people can see you roll you wont see from your perspective your guy rolling.

When you go prone hold a/d and you will roll, it makes no difference and is completely pointless, but then thats EA for you

It's just an annimation that YOU can see. Uh yeh just do what others have said, but it won't make any difference.

You have to be strafing BEFORE you press Z to go prone.

So basically, if you are in the middle of the air, start holding D, and then 1/2 a second after you land you hit Z... hard to explain.

For the prone animation to take effect while in the air, you have to press z while coming down from the crest of the jump. I find it much easier than do it as soon as or right before you hit the ground.
