A CEO is still one representative. In the corporate world they get shuffled about like women's shoes.

Make sure it is not against TOS to advertise another host on that server. You said you where advertising your new IP. That could be construed as advertising another host. Just a thought.

Also did you ask him why he took away your access? Did he ever reply?

Where did you ever say this guy is the CEO? And if the CEO is on tech support duty you should probably not have hosted with them in the first place.

Dont get me wrong it suxes but before signing anything for 160 + a month you should check out who you are doign buisness with.

Holy crap i think me and camperstrike agree on something.. Watch out the sky is falling AAAHHHHHGGHHHHH.

That tittle sounds kind of fishy to me. "Deltamarketing"? Maybe an outsource handeling the tech support for the actual host. Does this host have a phone number you can call?

Either Nova-Games is a subsidiary or they've outsourced. Second version is fishy indeed.

Yeah if the company is in tibet good luck with that. where servers are based has jack to do with who owns em. I would try to call them. You can do a who is from ICANN to get the true owner of the server if the host does not supply a telphone number to call.

Second side of the story (although I am in any way involved ).

Mar did send an email saying he wanted to cancel the server, the email he sent wasnt that clear so the Nova guy went ahead and emailed Mar asking him what was up and why he wanted to cancel the service, they waited a day or two with no reply and went ahead and closed it down.

Their terms and conditions (which can be found here) state that once a product has been delivered refunds will not be granted aswell as reserving the right to terminate any service at any time without notifying the customer if conditions warrant it.

Its understandable why they just renamed it instead of closing it down, it takes time to set up a ranked server correctly, makes it faster and more efficient for them just to lock you out and change the name of it, as we all know all ranked server providers are required to host several free public ranked servers by EA.

Always good to have two sides :P.
