Yup, thats why I never buy servers. I was thinking of running one for a game I used to play (Soldat)...but in Australia they're way to expensive...and most Aussie players are douchebags anyway.

What he did in the end was wrong but everything before that seemed like standard customer service. At one point he even offered to reduce the price. He's responsible for keeping you as a customer.

Because then you are as a God. You can boss around others, taunt them, and finally you can kick and ban them. You can make your own server rules and force people to follow them, then break them for your own benefit whenever you see fit.

If they argue or dare to question your awe-inspiring wisdom, simply chide them in front of all, followed by a gratifying kick or ban. Better to kick so they return asking 'why' and furthering their humiliation and allowing you to exercise your power once more by kicking again. It's a rush to have such power. Once you taste the power that is Admin, there is no turning back.

yes what he did was standard but locking someone out of their service that is paid for till may 25th is wrong. His service for server sucks you have no control to anything you cant even see punkbuster screen shots i had to hassle him for it then it took him like a week to send me the right password for it
