Id be the first one to jump up and say that I HATE TK'ers!!! However, this then meens that I would be glad to TK a TK'er:). I think its pretty safe to say that TKing someone who intentionally TK's is ALWAYS ok. There are a lot of other scenarios too; like Tking someone who just redlined you, TKing someone who is spamming chat with junk thats not needed and everyone on the team hates him, or TKing someone who is doing something that is making everyone else on the servers' time less enjoyable.

I'm crazy. I'll kill a team mate that stares at me longer than 2.5 seconds. Because that's generally how long it takes an average noob to get a funny idea about tking me first.

You could wait for 50 minutes, unfortunately it doesnt work that way - just coz they jumped in doesnt give you the power to TK them. I too would be pissed, but u move on and do something else.

Damn straight, and what pisses me off more is power tripping admins that instead of unsurfacing the story behind the TK they automatically kick you no matter how justified your reason is.
