snipers as squad leaders i think its almost ideal....cuz snipers usually arent frontline soldiers, they are usually concealed and hang back out of mmediate danger, while still near enemy control points/spawn points all while providing a well covered strategic spawn point

but then they spawn on you and get you spotted and you die...yea great spawn point that gets you killed.

Valid point, this problem has occurred to me when I've found myself standing around my teammates. As a relative noob, I see two reasons why giving away a teammate's position is an easy mistake to make:

1. For some dumb reason, the game doesn't let you hear yourself when you're throwing out ammo or meds. Sometimes you might forget you're making noise.

2. This is a complex game that is difficult to become good at. I've been at it a month, and I still suck. I really wish teammates would be more forthcoming with advice. After practice, it's the best way to get better. I know it's almost impossible to type messages while playing, but teamspeak is way underused, in my opinion.

In conclusion, many players may have no idea that they are doing something wrong, so tell them!

The game's been out a long time, everybody assumes people know all about it by now. In the end everybody's got to learn the hard way. I dind't know there's was an indication that you hit someone until my friend told me...
So you may find some people who like to teach a few things but mostly everybody wants to play and in order to have some fun be good at it. No time for advice really. Not anymore.

Use the Manage Squad menu ingame and invite people into your squad which have a decent score or a high rank. You probably wind up having a couple of spawners that know what to do.

Haha! I never thought of that. Will put it to use next time I'm hanging around the back end.
