those screens that you showed in the video from his first person with all the red tags and stuff, how did you get those. Can server admins go into 1st person view of anyone on their server?

They are Punkbuster Screenshots aka PB SS.

You can only take 3 PB SS of a single player in a 10 minute time period. They usually take 2-3 minutes to come through as well.

They can be set to be taken automatically or manually. You can take them of a single player or a whole clan using the clan tag or everyone on the server its up to the admin. You can also setup a task to continue taking them until you tell it to stop.

Wow, you don't understand what you did? You undermined the Admin's ability to manage his/her server when you said that. So you got kicked for being smart about it. You have to use a bit more tack when you are in someone's server.

By the way, that recording is classic!

Exactly, telling him to sort out your argument as if he's your subordinate is why you got kicked IMO. This is why some tack is needed. Their is no clear way how the admin would have handled it if you simply kept your mouth shut about it. Sometimes, the best thing to do is only post messages when the admin asks you any question. FYI, PB SS are not the only means for determining a hacker. It's not a democracy and you have to remember that.

I get accused of hacking everyday that I play.

The trick to not get kicked or banned is to simply remain silent.

The people who cry hack in the middle of a game only want vindication, and there is no better way to give them the vindication they seek, than to engage them in an arguement.

Considering I've only been banned from two servers (I'm hoping my ban from the R2 server was only temporary. =P), I'd say silence is pretty golden.

I always love the self ownage threads. You may remember a guy who posted a screenshot of himself going up in rank on BF2s. His SS was covered in hacks. He then tried editing out his name later.

Well I bring you a similar story today. Leechasd|Saber got tk'ed for a vehicle. The admin asked him to take SS's and send it to him. So he did and look at the SS's he sent.




Alaskan immediately noticed the website at the top of the SS and asked him about it (which we have edited out to not encourage anyone to get it) He then asked for the SS's back to see what he was talking about. Alaskan then played dumb said he was having router problems. He also noticed he was using a mini-map hack. A few of our guys were suspicious of him before he sent us these SS's but that just confirmed it. We thought he would never come back. But next day he returned to play and also was still on our TS.

We then started taking PB SS's of him. Here's a small sample.





We then thought we might try and get him on TS and ask him what the deal was to see if he would deny it or not. We just happened to record all the convo as well. :laugh: He also happened to be playing at the same time we were talking to him.

Some of our guys had already released it but I'm not really happy with how it is, too many captions not enough footage. I only personally had 1 BR on him which I'll also post up. So take it for what it is, more a TS convo with evidence included.

Leechasd|Saber BR demo (the only one I have personally. I'll see if any of our guys have any more) Place this file in My Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles\Default\demos Open up BF2 goto the comunity tab and you should see this BR demo in the right hand column, click on it then click play. You can use the spacebar to jump from player to player till you get to him. He will be co-piloting the heli. Notice how the Mi28 cannon jumps from player to player.
