avoiding the cd and guid ban is up to ea to battle, most people will not know how to do that. As far as faking out the hardware and IP you are actually getting into the breaking of Federal laws. if you log onto the internet you can not hide the identity of your computer or location legally. If you alter it, believe it or not it is a federal crime. Is hacking a game worth that? i think not

actually you were GUID banned, your GUID is a mix of your computers IP address and your CD key, just buying a new game will not fix it. It is quite perminent (for the most part)

WTH are you all talking about? If you got absolutely NO IDEA what a GUID ban is, please stfu. Guid is generated out of your CD key alone and you can just change you CD key and keep playing like nothing happened.

A hardware ban is more tricky, but PB delivers HW bans only for very serious attempts like trying to prevent PB from working. A very few hacks do that because risk is too expensive to take as you probably have to buy some new hardware to ever play a PB game again. I think HW GUID is built up from MAC address, mobo serial and HD serials and so on. HW ban doesn't necessarily mean a new HW though, because most can be spoofed.

GUID ban is just a hardware ban, spoof it or swap components your cd key and account will still be good, they are in most cases.

I have played much with those guys I never saw any cheat or aimbot.
Did you know that PB has flaws and PB BAN guids sometimes when people not cheat

Yeah, I have this special hack, makes me play completely normally, and guess what? Punkbuster hasn't detected it yet! Maybe I should sell it...



As for the hardware spoofing, where the hell did you hear it was illegal? Somehow I really doubt this. What's next, overclocking is illegal? I know both are illegal almost everywhere in the world for vendors, but for users, no way.

i dont claim to know, but i thought that that was game user id, wouldnt that just be the username,? have you tried making a new username and logging in?

GUID is your CD key, I don't know what it stands for, but it doesn't matter cause it's your CD key.
