In future weapons they showed the M95, semi automatic shooting through the panelling of an APC with standard rounds!!

If they brought that into BF2 everyopne would go sniper!!!

Nope th '95 is a single shot rifle, The M82 is the semi auto rifle.

Actually BF2 does have the M82A1 semi auto Barret Rifle however, I don't believe it's as accurate at 100m as the AS-50. Point being there was a semi auto sniper rifle made for the USA however it was never enabled. Just use your winrar and look in the Objects_client.zip file and follow it to weapons/handheld/USSNI_M82A1 sub file to see for yourself. Therefore, the statement about "cannot add another weapon to a tier" is cannot be true (it just doesn't make sense as their is another weapon not enabled). This weapon has been in the Object_client.zip and Object_server.zip file since BF2 1.0. If you use the editor you will be able to find that their is in fact an image for this weapon already for the game. All the appropriate files appear to be in place it's simply not enabled in game. Some programmers said (back then) that it was incomplete. I don't know how true that is now...
